Pat has been a serving officer for 9 years and has spent his career at HMP Norwich working both the adult and young offenders' sites. He took up the position of centre manager on the 4th January 2005, with the full support of Mr Shanley Governor of HMP Norwich, which allows Pat to work full time at the centre.
He has completed several courses with the Open University and understands the pressures of juggling a full time job, family life and learning. At present he is working towards further qualifications to enable him to offer full tutorial support to all learners. |
