• Promoting learning at work
• Increasing motivation and enthusiasm for learning among employees and employer
• Providing information and advice on learning to your colleagues
• Working with employers to identify learning needs
• Support fellow workers with essential skills needs
• Supporting workforce development such as Employer Training Pilots (ETP), Skills for Life awareness and Union Learning Fund Project

• You need to go on a five day training course, which will be held at either a TUC Education Unit or a POA Learning Centre
  
  
• The course is accredited through the TUC and the open college network
