Keith Davies is a charming young man who came into the Prison Service from the Funeral Director Business. When I was advertising the Introduction to BA Criminology Course Keith was quite interested but was reluctant to commit to signing up because he felt that he was not capable of degree level work. The cost of the course was also prohibitive. The price of the course was reduced and it was explained to Keith that if he was committed to working for a degree he was more than capable of achieving his dream. Keith joined the group and is now studying for his BA Criminology with Dr Stephanie Eaton from Kingston University. He is so enthusiastic about the course, that his excitement has stirred staff to attend the centre to find out more. The centre wishes him well in his studies and we cannot wait to attend his graduation. |
