What does the Service Offer?

Our staff in your Learning Centre are professionally trained to offer help and advice on all areas of learning and qualifications. For those of you who are unable to take up study with us, or are moving to a subject area that we do not provide, we have available College Prospectus covering a wide geographical area and you will be helped with any contact regarding other learning providers if required.

Confidentiality

All Information Advice and Guidance is kept strictly confidential, any documents and paperwork relating to prospective or current learners, is kept in a secure area. We have a Private area for interviews at the Centre and 2 members of staff who are available at most times throughout the day and on two evenings per week.

Who is the service for?

We can help give direction to prospective learners who are not sure which qualifications they need for a career move, promotion, or career change. We are available to give quality professional advice to any member of staff, their family members, or friends, on all aspects of learning and development. If our staff cannot find your required information on specific subject areas, we will endeavour to find it out and relay it back to you at the earliest opportunity.
